QPR manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is hoping to channel the positive attitude around the club to claim his first win at Loftus Road.
Hasselbaink's first match in charge against Burnley on Saturday ended in a 0-0 draw and his attention has now turned to Tuesday's meeting with table-topping Brighton - match five of Sky Sports Ten in Ten.
He told Sky Sports News HQ: "I'm very happy with the players, I'm very happy with the application, with the way they are training. I'm very happy with the group, they are very positive, that is what we need.
"Brighton is a side with a lot of confidence at the moment. Whatever they are doing they are doing it very well. So they have that confidence - whatever they want to do they can do - and that is a dangerous thing.
"They have some really good players but they have very good organisation and discipline and that makes them a very solid team all-round."
