Hull City have appointed Bobby Mimms as their new goalkeeping coach.
Manager Mike Phelan has been left with a threadbare backroom team in recent weeks after Stephen Clemence and goalkeeping coach Steve Walsh left the club to join Steve Bruce at Sky Bet Championship side Aston Villa.
Academy manager Tony Pennock has stepped up to help out, while Phelan has brought in Neil McDonald as his assistant, leaving Mimms to fill the position left vacant by Walsh.
"I'm pleased to be here and delighted to have joined a club that is looking to progress in the Premier League," said Mimms, who was part of Blackburn's Premier League title-winning squad in 1995 and also played for Everton and Tottenham.
The 53-year-old became Bolton Wanderers' goalkeeping coach in August 2015, having spent time working alongside Sam Allardyce at West Ham as well as McDonald at Blackpool.
Hull are currently 18th in the Premier League and will travel to the Stadium of Light on Saturday to face David Moyes' Sunderland.
