Oldham Athletic have decided to dismiss manager David Dunn following a poor opening half to the season.
The League One side are third from bottom of the table, winning twice away from Boundary Park, and have just a solitary victory at home.
That 1-0 win over Fleetwood came on August 15, a month before Dunn replaced Darren Kelly as manager.
Dunn's tenure began with four draws, but Oldham have gone seven league games without a win since their last success, a 2-1 victory at Chesterfield on November 14.
Chairman Simon Corney said: "I would like to place on record my thanks and gratitude to David for his tireless efforts over the past four months under what have been extremely difficult circumstances and wish him all the best for the future. He retained his dignity at all times and his hard work and dedication has been commendable."
Assistant manager Dean Holden has also left his position, and Corney said: "Dean has been a loyal and dedicated servant to the club and he leaves with our gratitude and best wishes."
Oldham also confirmed first-team coach Keith Brown has left his role.
