Brighton have completed the signing of Stockport midfielder Gary Dicker on loan.
Midfielder signs on the South Coast until end of season
Brighton & Hove Albion have completed the signing of Stockport County midfielder Gary Dicker on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old Irishman becomes Russell Slade's first signing as Albion boss and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's visit of Tranmere Rover after chairman Dick Knight agreed a loan fee with cash-strapped County.
"Russell was keen to bring him here and we've been able to persuade Stockport and help them a little financially at the same time," said Knight.
Dicker joined Stockport in 2007 from University College Dublin and has made 25 League One appearances for the Hatters this season.
