The club revealed losses of £33.1 million for the previous financial year but owner Steve Morgan has committed to see his vision through at Molineux, with the backing of Jackett.
The Black Country side have been hit hard by back-to-back relegations from the Premier League to League 1, where they are currently plying their trade for the first time since 1989.
Thursday's figures have sparked debate over Wolves' future investment but Jackett believes Morgan is the man to see it through.
The head coach is convinced Morgan is committed to supporting the club financially long-term, with a level of funding which will enable them to be competitive in the Championship, should they achieve promotion.
"It shows you the level of support from Steve Morgan, which is considerable," Jackett told the Express and Star.
"It shows him to be a class 'A' owner in terms of investment and backing.
"The determination is there from the board to be successful this season and going forwards - there is no doubt about that.
"The board has been very supportive and very clear in their objective in they want the club to do well this season.
"And they want us to try very hard to bounce back into the Championship at the first attempt."
Wolves currently sit second in the League One standings, level on points with leaders Leyton Orient but with an inferior goal difference.
