Brighton captain Gordon Greer says the club are not thinking about their 19-game unbeaten record, and are taking one game at a time.

The Seagulls are currently two points ahead of second-placed Middlesbrough on 41 points and currently have a record of 11 wins, eight draws and zero losses, making them the only team in the Football League to be unbeaten.

Brighton faces third-placed Derby County away on Saturday afternoon, followed by Queens Park Rangers away and Middlesbrough at home with both games featuring as part of Sky Sports' 10 in 10 campaign.

And Greer says his side are not too focused on their impressive run of form.

"We're not thinking too much about the record," he told Sky Sports News HQ.

"It's great, but we're not thinking too much about it. We're just going to go into Saturday and try and win that game. If we do get the good points we'll move on and see how we get on in the game after."

"The start that we've had, that's our main goal now we've got to stay there. It's all up to us. If we do the right things then why not [keep the run going]? We're not going to say we're thinking about promotion.

"Yes, we've all thought about promotion, but all we're thinking about is winning games as they come along, and our team spirit will get us through."
