AFC Bournemouth goalkeeper Adam Federici has signed a new three-year deal with the club.

The Australian international featured 12 times in the Cherries' debut top flight campaign after signing from Championship outfit Reading last summer.

Thirty-one-year-old Federici also has 15 caps for Australia, with his most recent international appearance coming in a friendly against Greece earlier this month.

AFC Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said: "Adam is a vastly experienced goalkeeper with both Premier League and international experience and we're pleased to keep him with the club as we embark on our second Premier League season.
