Bradford striker Billy Clarke is expected to miss both legs of the club's Sky Bet League One play-off semi-final against Millwall after sustaining a fractured cheekbone.

Clarke took a blow to the face during Sunday's 2-0 home win against Chesterfield and x-rays confirmed the 28-year-old requires surgery.

"Billy got a whack on his cheekbone on Sunday and he went straight to the hospital after the game to get it checked out," boss Phil Parkinson told the club's official website.

"Unfortunately for him, there's a depressed fracture of his cheekbone and he's having it operated on (Tuesday).

"We should know more about how long he will be sidelined for after the operation."
