Chesterfield have completed the signing of striker Leon Clarke on a three-month loan deal from Swindon Town.

Chesterfield have completed the signing of striker Leon Clarke on a three-month loan deal from Swindon Town.
Skysports.com revealed earlier this week that Clarke was poised to join the League One strugglers after a bust-up with Swindon boss Paolo Di Canio.
Clarke only joined the Robins on a two-year contract last month after leaving Queens Park Rangers and failed to score in four appearances.
His row with Di Canio after the recent Carling Cup tie with Southampton proved to be the end of his career at the County Ground and he has now linked up with Chesterfield.
Swindon chairman chairman Jeremy Wray told the club's official website: "Both manager and player are keen to put the matter behind them and move on and it is felt that this move is in the best interests of all parties.
"It goes without saying that the club remains fully confident in Leon's footballing ability - he remains a Swindon player although we obviously wish him every success in his time at Chesterfield."
Clarke's move to Chesterfield enables the 26-year-old to play under Spireites boss John Sheridan for the second time in his career following an earlier loan spell at Oldham Athletic.
He scored three goals in five games for Sheridan's Latics side in 2007 and could make his Chesterfield debut against Bournemouth on Saturday.
