Oxford have added depth to their squad after signing Jordan Evans on a youth loan from Fulham.
The 20-year-old, who can play either at left back or on the left wing, has put pen to paper on a deal at the Kassam Stadium until January 16 and goes straight into the squad that will travel to Hartlepool.
Oxford head coach Michael Appleton told the club's official website: "He's one we have watched a few times and he has always done well in their development side. He can play anywhere on that left-hand side and adds balance. He has a really good attitude as well as good ability.
" It gives us one or two different options over the next couple of months when we have a lot of football to be played at an important time."
Evans added: "I'm really looking forward to it. I spoke with Ryan Williams when he was on loan here and he said what a good club it is, and now it's up to me to try and show what I can do and play my way into a team that is doing very well at the moment."
