Aldershot striker John Grant has joined Blue Square Premier leaders Oxford on loan until the end of the season.
Grant has scored 51 times in 115 starts for the Shots but has found first-team opportunities hard to come by this season.
Shot boss Kevin Dillon prefers to employ Marvin Morgan as a lone striker.
Oxford chief Chris Wilder said: "His goals record speaks for itself.
"He is six feet tall, links play up well and he can run the channels as well.
"He has great experience at this level and I know he is looking forward to the challenge."
