Sky Bet League Two: Nigel Worthington proud of York squad

Promotion dreams were dashed at Fleetwood Town on Friday night, with a 0-0 draw not enough to carry them through to the Sky Bet League Two play-off final.
A well-earned break will now be taken, but attention will soon be turned to the next campaign and ensuring that another challenge is mounted.
For now, though, Worthington has been left to reflect on a remarkable effort which has seen him transform York from relegation battlers into fourth tier frontrunners.
He told Sky Sports: "The energy, the effort, the commitment, the quality of the passing at times, I can't fault the players in any way, shape or form.
"You have got to stick the ball in the back of the net, and we created chances. They got clearances but it's up to us to get on the end of things, which we didn't do.
"But as a group of lads, and as a manager of those lads, I'm a very proud man.
"Sometimes it's just dropping to you. There were balls into the box and it was bobbling and popping about, but that's the game.
"In fairness to ourselves, we lost our main striker in Wes Fletcher to a knee problem a couple of months ago, and he's a goalscorer - he's an out-and-out goalscorer. But that's football, you've got to live with it.
"You always want more. I'm a bit greedy when it comes to wanting more, but where we've come from, 10 games at the end of last season to stay up, to where we are now is absolutely phenomenal. It's been a fantastic effort by everybody at York City Football Club."
Pressed on whether York can make the top-seven again next season, Worthington added: "That's the million dollar question. We will give it a good go.
"I've got good, honest players, hopefully we'll add to them again over the summer and we'll give it a go."
