Rangers midfielder insists Parkhead trips hold no fear

Steven Davis insists Parkhead holds no fear for Rangers as Walter Smith's side close on the SPL title. Saturday's Old Firm victory for Rangers has swung the title pendulum firmly towards the Blue half of Glasgow - with the Gers now six points clear of Celtic with a game in hand. Davis, who was making his Old Firm debut at the weekend, believes his side having nothing to fear despite having to head to the east end of the city twice before the season's conclusion. "We know they are going to be tough games and we will have to fight for everything," Davis said. Massive result "But we will go into them with confidence having won the previous two games. "It was a massive result for us, there is no doubt about it. "We went into the game looking to get the victory but I don't think it's going to be the decider in the title run-in. "We still have a lot of tough games to play and we have to play Celtic twice away but it was a massive result and it puts us in a good position. "We've kept the run going and it's in our hands now. If we put that effort into every game then there is no reason why we can't see it through."
