Midfielder wants to win in Scotland in a bid to finish top of Group E

Villarreal midfielder Santi Cazorla has told skysports.com of his side's desire to beat Celtic on Wednesday in a bid to finish top of UEFA Champions League Group E. The Spanish side go into the game - which is being shown live on Sky Sports - having already qualified for the knock-out phase of the competition. With nine points from their first five games, they are behind leaders Manchester United on goal difference and need to win at Celtic Park to stand any chance of finishing on top.

Dream

"Villarreal are not going to Glasgow for their holidays but with the objective of winning," the Spanish international told skysports.com. "We know that it is complicated but our dream is to finish top and for this we need to win in Scotland. "Celtic have a good team and for me it was a surprise that they did not finish in third to qualify for the Uefa Cup." While he knows it will be difficult to win at Celtic Park given the superb support Gordon Strachan's side receive there, he retains every confidence his team can do well. He added: "Villarreal aspire this season to go very far in Champions League and to fight to the maximum in the Spanish Liga. "The squad is very confident that this season would to be big for us."
