The curtain closes on another Scottish Premiership season this weekend - with still plenty to play for at both ends of the table.
Celtic will collect their seventh consecutive title at home to Aberdeen on Sunday - Live on Sky Football from 12pm. The visitors will need at least a point to finish the year in second place if Rangers avoid defeat to Hibernian.
Hearts' Edinburgh Derby win on Wednesday means Hibs will end the season in 4th, unless they pull off a miraculous victory against the side Steven Gerrard will take over this summer.
Kilmarnock host Hearts in the other top-six encounter but neither side can move up or down in the table.
On Saturday, the bottom-six of the Premiership conclude their respective seasons.
Ross County need all three points at St Johnstone to stand any chance of surviving automatic relegation. All they can hope for is a spot in the play-offs, but a win for the Highland club will mean a draw is not good enough for Partick Thistle, who have a significantly poorer goal difference.
Hamilton are the only other side in danger of being drawn into the mix as they sit three points above the play-off spot, but barring a mammoth defeat to Motherwell they should steer clear of any trouble.
Dundee v Partick Thistle - Saturday 3pm
Andy Walker-
Dundee 0-1 Partick Thistle
Key Player- Kris Doolan
Thistle need a win to ensure safety from automatic relegation, Doolan has over 100 for the club, maybe none more important than one today
Ian Crocker-
Dundee 1-2 Partick Thistle
Key Player- Chris Erskine
Someone needs to step forward for Thistle on a crucial final day
Opta Stats-
Dundee have won back-to-back games against the Thistle having lost each of the previous four - the Dee last went on a longer winning run against Partick in the Scottish Premiership between December 2002 and April 2004 (run of six).
Partick have lost just one of their last four trips to Dens Park (W2 D1), however that defeat did come in their last visit as they suffered a 3-0 loss back in December.
This will be the first time Dundee end a Scottish Premiership season on home soil since the 1999-2000 campaign. The Dee have won just one of their 11 games played on the final day in the Scottish Premiership (D1 L9), losing each of the previous four without scoring.
Partick Thistle will be looking to avoid a repeat of their end to last season, where a 5-0 home defeat to Celtic in the penultimate game was followed up by a 6-0 loss to Aberdeen on the final day.
Motherwell v Hamilton Accies- Saturday 3pm
Andy Walker-
Motherwell 3-1 Hamilton Accies
Key Player- Gael Bigirimana
Scottish Cup Final places are up for grabs for a few Motherwell players possibly while Hamilton have done it yet again, surviving against all odds.
Ian Crocker-
Motherwell 1-0 Hamilton Accies
Key Player- Allan Campbell
Academy product has had an excellent season in Motherwell's midfield.
Opta Stats-
The Steelmen have lost only one of their last five games against Hamilton on home soil (W2 D2), however that defeat did come the last time the Accies visited Fir Park back in December (3-1).
Hamilton have won back-to-back Scottish Premiership games against Motherwell for the first time since September 2015. The Accies have never beaten the Steelmen in three consecutive games in the competition.
Motherwell have won just one of their last nine games played on the final day in the top-flight (D2 L6), a 1-0 victory over Aberdeen in the last game of the 2013-14 campaign.
Hamilton, however, have lost just one of their six games played on the final day in the Scottish Premiership (W4 D1).
St Johnstone v Ross County - Saturday 3pm
Andy Walker-
St Johnstone 1-2 Ross County
Key Player- Michael Gardyne
A win is County`s only hope, and even then they have to rely on Thistle dropping points. A tall order but desperation might just see them win all three points.
Ian Crocker-
St Johnstone 1-1 Ross County
Key Player- Alex Schalk
A decent goal return for the season in a struggling side.
Opta Stats-
St. Johnstone have lost just one of their last 10 top-flight games against Ross County (W5 D4) and are unbeaten in the previous four (W2 D2).
The Staggies have won just one of their last six trips to McDiarmid Park in the Scottish Premiership (D3 L2), a 4-2 victory back in November 2016.
The Saints have won back-to-back league games for the first time since they won their opening three matches of the Scottish Premiership season.
Ross County have won all five of their final day fixtures in the Scottish Premiership, with each of the last four coming away from home.
Celtic v Aberdeen - Live on Sky Sports Football 12pm Sunday
Andy Walker-
Celtic 3-0 Aberdeen
Key Player- Scott Brown
PFA Scotland Player of the Year, now the football writer`s Player of the Year too. Brown will receive the trophy for Celtic`s 7th successive title win.
Ian Crocker-
Celtic 3-1 Aberdeen
Key Player- Callum McGregor
Has become a pivotal player for the champions
Opta Stats-
Celtic have won eight consecutive top-flight games against Aberdeen - one more victory will equal their longest winning streak against the Dons in the Scottish Premiership (nine games between September 2006 and September 2008).
Aberdeen have lost 25 consecutive trips to Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership, a run stretching back to April 2005.
Celtic have won each of their last eight games played on the final day of the league season, scoring 32 goals and conceding just two.
Aberdeen have won all five of their final games of the season played away from home, most recently beating Partick Thistle 6-0 last season.
Kilmarnock v Hearts - Sunday 12.30pm
Andy Walker-
Kilmarnock 3-0 Hearts
Key Player- Youssuf Mulumbu
The Congolese midfielder was the catalyst on the park for Stevie Clark to lead Kilmarnock to a top 6 finish when it looked as though they`d be fighting relegation.
Ian Crocker-
Kilmarnock 1-2 Hearts
Key Player- Kyle Lafferty
An excellent first season at Hearts for the big man.
Opta Stats-
Killie have won just one of their last five matches against Hearts in the league (D2 L2), failing to score in three of those games.
Hearts ended a run of five league matches without victory at Rugby Park with a 1-0 in their most recent visit back in August 2017.
Killie have lost each of their last five games played on home soil on the final day.
Hearts have failed to win any of their previous 12 games on the final day of a top-flight season (D4 L8), last winning their final game of a season against Motherwell in 2003-04 (3-2).
Hibernian v Rangers - Sunday 12.30pm
Andy Walker-
Hibernian 1-2 Rangers
Key Player- Ross McCrorie
Steven Gerrard is bound to make a splash soon with some new signings, McCrorie has the ability to develop his game and be part of a better side next season.
Ian Crocker-
Hibernian 2-2 Rangers
Key Player- Jason Cummings
With Morelos suspended, it would be just like Cummings to have a say back at Easter Road
Opta Stats-
Hibernian have won just three of their last 20 top-flight games against Rangers (D3 L14), however two of those victories have come in the last three contests between the two sides (L1).
Rangers have won each of their last six trips to Hibs in the Scottish Premiership and are unbeaten in 13 such visits to Easter Road (W10 D3) since last losing in September 2006.
This will be the third occasion the two sides have met on the final day of a Scottish Premiership season, with Rangers winning both of the previous encounters (4-0 in 2000-01 and 1-0 in 2004-05).
This will be the fourth consecutive occasions Rangers will be ending a Scottish Premiership season away from home, winning each of the previous three.
