Ivan Rakitic says he would love to see out his career at Barcelona, while he has denied reports which claimed he rejected a contract proposal from the club.

The Croatia international has been a key first-team player for Barca since joining them from Sevilla in 2014, although he has been linked with Manchester City and Juventus in the British and European press in recent months.

However, Rakitic has his heart set on staying at the Nou Camp and says his representative is in the process of extending his stay at the La Liga champions.
