Real Madrid rediscovered their form ahead of El Clasico by thumping Deportivo La Coruna as Atletico Madrid maintained their impressive start to the season. Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick, including two penalties, as Real Madrid came from a goal down to hammer Deportivo La Coruna 5-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu. Deportivo silenced the home crowd on 16 minutes when Riki scored, but Real were level just seven minutes later through Ronaldo's first spot-kick. Angel di Maria put the Spanish champions ahead on 38 minutes and Ronaldo notched his second of the game a minute before half-time. Defender Pepe got in on the act midway through the second half before Ronaldo's second penalty of the game rounded off the scoring six minutes from time. Raul Garcia's goal on the half-hour made it five wins out of six for Atletico Madrid following a 1-0 success at Espanyol. Osasuna enjoyed a first win of the season after producing a late goal blitz to overcome Levante 4-0 at home. Ivaro Cejudo struck the post for Osasuna on 54 minutes, but the hosts did not have to wait much longer for the opener as Emiliano Armenteros scored a minute later. A flurry of three goals in the last 10 minutes made the game safe as substitute Roland Lamah scored before David Timor converted a penalty and Nino netted in stoppage-time. Granada were another team to register a first win of the campaign after beating Celta Vigo 2-1 at home, with the goals coming in an eight-minute spell in the first half. Guillherme Siqueira put Granada ahead on 12 minutes before Gabriel Torje doubled the lead five minutes later, with Iago Aspas replying for Celta on 20 minutes. Real Valladolid ran riot to thrash Rayo Vallecano 6-1 at home, with Manucho and Oscar both helping themselves to a brace. Vallecano had made a positive start when Alejandro Dominguez put the visitors ahead after five minutes, but Valladolid were level on 10 minutes through Alberto Bueno. Manucho gave the hosts the lead three minutes later before Oscar and Antonio Rukavina ensured Valladolid were firmly in control at half-time. Oscar scored his second of the game on 56 minutes before former Manchester United forward Manucho notched his second four minutes from time.
