Ousmane Dembele was back in training with Barcelona's first team on Wednesday three months after being sidelined with a hamstring injury.
The club posted pictures of the 20-year-old being put through his paces at their training ground.
The France international moved from Borussia Dortmund for £138m in the summer but made only two league appearances before the setback.
He picked up the injury in the 2-1 win over Getafe in September and has been receiving treatment ever since.
Barcelona have made it clear that Dembele is still recovering from the injury, despite taking part in his first training session with his team-mates.
They have yet to put an expected date on his return, calming hopes among Barca supporters that he will be ready for El Classico on December 23, which is live on Sky Sports.
