Vicente Del Bosque has called up three uncapped players to his Spain squad for matches against Chile and Liechtenstein.

Marchena and Capdevila left out; Dominguez, Botia and Montoya included

Spain national team coach Vicente Del Bosque has called up three uncapped players to his squad for upcoming matches against Chile and Liechtenstein. Atletico Madrid defender Alvaro Dominguez, Sporting Gijon centre-back Alberto Botia and Barcelona B right-back Martin Montoya all have been included in the squad and could play a part in La Furia Roja's next two games. Spain take on Chile in Geneva in a friendly international on September 2 and face European minnows Liechtenstein in a Euro 2012 qualifier four days later. Explaining his decision to focus on youth and leave out veteran defenders like Carlos Marchena and Joan Capdevila, Del Bosque said that his plan is to test the stars of Spain's European Under 21 Championship winning team. "There are a few new names on the squad list but this does not mean we are eliminating anyone from future call-ups, such as Marchena and Capdevila," said the European and world champions' coach. "We have taken this opportunity to bring in some youngsters, six kids who were champions of the Under 21 Euros. We will be able to learn more about them." Spain squad in full: Goalkeepers: Iker Casillas (Real Madrid), Jose Reina (Liverpool), Victor Valdes (Barcelona). Defenders: Alvaro Arbeloa, Raul Albiol, Sergio Ramos (all Real Madrid), Alberto Botia (Sporting Gijon), Alvaro Dominguez (Atletico Madrid), Martin Montoya (Barcelona). Midfielders: Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid), Sergio Busquets (Barcelona), Santiago Cazorla (Malaga), Andres Iniesta, Thiago Alcantara, Xavi, Cesc Fabregas (all Barcelona), Javi Martinez (Athletic Bilbao). Forwards: David Villa & Pedro (Barcelona), David Silva (Manchester City), Fernando Llorente (Athletic Bilbao), Fernando Torres (Chelsea), Alvaro Negredo (Sevilla), Juan Mata (Chelsea).
