Atalanta have secured Gyorgy Garics' services on a year-long loan from Napoli.
Garics, who played twice for Austria at Euro 2008 this summer, impressed with Napoli last season.
However, the 24-year-old was unable to prevent his country from bowing out of a tournament they co-hosted at the group stage.
Hungary-born Garics joined Napoli from Rapid Vienna for 700,000 euros (£550,000) for the start of the 2006 season.
Garics has 14 caps for his country and scored in his international debut against Liechtenstein.
