Peruvian knows nothing of move

Jefferson Farfan insists he knows nothing of reports claiming he will be sold in the summer. The 23-year-old Peruvian international is being linked with a host of clubs across Europe and his former club Alianza Lima - who still hold a 15 per cent stake in his services - have said he will be leaving Eindhoven. However, Farfan has stated he is not aware of any deal.

No deal

"I am not preoccupied with a transfer," he told Eindhoven Dagblad. "When something starts it will first be discussed between the clubs. It's not an issue for me. "A transfer is not something which comes from the player alone, the clubs also have their say. "Many clubs have shown an interest but I've never seen them as an improvement on where I am now. "I feel great at PSV. Now, I am playing for PSV and if something becomes concrete in the future, we will make a decision then." Farfan has been a big success in Holland and that has played a part in PSV's latest swoop which seen them return to Alianza to sign their latest striking protégé, Reimond Manco. The 17-year-old has agreed a five-year deal and is another part of PSV's ongoing co-operation with Alianza.
