Bayern level with leaders

Bayern Munich have gone level with Bayer Leverkusen at the top of the Bundesliga. Bayern sealed maximum points with a comfortable 3-0 win at Wolfsburg, but leaders Bayer slipped up as they were held 1-1 at lowly Bochum. Bayer had gone ahead on the stroke of half-time through Eren Derdiyok, but Zlatko Dedic struck late in the second half to seal a point for the home side. Bayern took advantage as they romped to victory at the VW Arena. Arjen Robben put Bayern ahead after just two minutes and that was added to by Daniel van Buyten and fit-again Franck Ribery. Grafite, who missed a penaly on the hour, grabbed a consolation for Wolfsburg in the last minute. On a day which went for Bayern, third placed Schalke dropped three points behind the Munich giants as they were held to a goalless draw at Freiburg. Hamburg moved up to fourth but they threw away a two-goal lead at Cologne as they drew 3-3. Marcel Jansen put Hamburg ahead after just two minutes, but Yasser Mohammed soon levelled for Cologne. Mladen Petric then grabbed a brace either side of the break to put Hamburg in control. Milivoje Novakovic pulled one back with 15 minutes left and then in added time the leveller came through Adil Chihi. Hoffenheim moved into seventh after a 2-1 home win over third from bottom Hannover. The home side were two-up at the break as Eduardo and Sejad Salihovic scored. New signing Arouna Kone pulled one back on the hour for Hannover, but they could not find an equaliser. Roberto Hilbert scored with three minutes left as Stuttgart extended their winning streak to five games with a hard-earned 2-1 victory at relegation-threatened Nurnberg. Timo Gebhart opened the scoring for the visitors in the 22nd minute before Albert Bunjaku equalised after 60 minutes, only for Hilbert to grab the winning goal.
