Borussia Dortmund drew their third game in a row as Augsburg secured a 1-1 tie at the Westfalenstadion.

Dong-Won Ji put Augsburg in front, but Ousmane Dembele's strike was not enough for the Westphalians to take more than just a point in front of their own fans.

Borussia Monchengladbach coach Andre Schubert faces an uncertain future after his side were beaten 2-1 at home by fellow strugglers Wolfsburg.

Daniel Caligiuri put the visitors in front but Thorgan Hazard drew Monchengladbach level in the second half. However, moments later, Mario Gomez scored the winner for Wolfsburg.

The loss leaves Monchengladbach with just one win from their last 11 Bundesliga matches and they now find themselves in the bottom five of the division.

Eintracht Frankfurt beat local rivals Mainz 3-0 to move up to third in the Bundesliga on Tuesday evening.

Branimir Hrgota gave Frankfurt the lead in the 18th minute, latching onto David Abraham's long pass forward and beating Jonas Lossl. Jhon Cordoba was then sent off for Mainz, before Aymane Barkok and Hrgota rounded off the win.
