PSV striker Danny Koevermans has made it clear he intends to depart the Eredivisie leaders at the end of the season.
The 32-year-old has taken a back seat to fellow forwards Marcus Berg and Jonathan Reis at the Dutch giants this season, leaving him warming the bench at the Eindhoven club.
The Netherlands international admits he is growing frustrated with his lack of first-team action, and is hoping to wrap up a move at the end of the campaign.
"I'm being realistic here and I realise that I won't get much playing time after the winter break," Koevermans told
Voetbal International.
"Marcus Berg will return to Hamburg at the end of the season, but the club will probably sign a replacement, making me second choice again.
Not interested
"I haven't received any information that PSV want to offer me a contract extension. That's not much of a problem though, as I'm not interested in signing a new deal.
"I want to move on to get some more playing time elsewhere."
While determined to leave Vitesse in the summer, Koevermans, who arrived in Eindhoven from AZ Alkmaar in 2007, is hoping to lift the Eredivisie trophy with the club before his departure.
"I'm looking forward to playing for PSV until the end of the season," he added.
"I hope that we'll manage to win the league title this term. After that, I'm on my way out."
