Winger agrees five-year contract in £3million move
PSV Eindhoven have won the battle for Luciano Narsingh after signing the winger on a five-year deal from rivals Heerenveen.
Last week, Ajax decided to end their interest in the 21-year-old after Heerenveen stood firm on their asking price.
But PSV have now worked out a deal which is reported to be worth in the region of €4million (£3m).
"Of course we were working for it for a long time," technical director Marcel Brands told PSV TV.
"We already said that we won't have a great revolution this summer. We have only signed players on a free transfer and wanted to make one purchase.
"We focused on Luciano Narsingh. Luciano is a winger with great potential."
Narsingh is PSV's fifth signing of the summer after already acquiring Mathias Jorgensen, Mark van Bommel, Boy Waterman and Ruud Swinkels.
