PSG avoided a scare in their match away at Ludogorets in the Champions League as they came from behind to secure a 3-1 win.

Ludogorets took a 15th-minute lead through Natanael's free-kick but PSG drew level thanks to a strike from midfielder Blaise Matuidi.

Edinson Cavani, who was at fault for the opening goal, missed several good chances but his second-half brace ensured Unai Emery's side - level on four points in the early standings with Arsenal - completed the turnaround.

In Group A's other game, Theo Walcott scored twice as Arsenal secured a comfortable 2-0 victory against Basel.

Walcott's brace came in the first 26 minutes as Granit Xhaka's Arsenal got the better of his brother Taulant Xhaka's side but the scoreline belied Arsenal's dominance after a fine first-half display.

The Italians top the group on six points with Besiktas second on two after they drew 1-1 with Dynamo Kiev in the other game on Wednesday.
