Wales stay 13th in FIFA world ranking ahead of England in 14th with Brazil still on top

Wales remain just above England while Brazil retain top spot in the latest FIFA world ranking list published on Thursday.

Chris Coleman's side stay 13th in a largely unchanged top 25, one place and 16 ranking points ahead of England.

Brazil extended their lead over rivals Argentina at the top of the rankings and now lead by 69 points after having moved to the summit in April.

Germany are the leading European side in third place ahead of Chile, while Colombia round out a South America-dominated top five.

Northern Ireland remain just outside the top 25 in 26th spot, where they are tied on points with the Republic of Ireland.

England's next World Cup Qualifier opponents Scotland - the teams meet at Hampden Park in June - are still in 59th spot.
