West Brom midfielder Darren Fletcher is concerned he may miss Scotland's World Cup qualifier against Slovakia on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old did not appear in the second half of the Group F match against Lithuania on Saturday after suffering a dead leg shortly before the break.
That development capped a frustrating night for Fletcher as Scotland dropped to second place in the group behind England after the 1-1 draw at Hampden.
The night could have been worse for Scotland had James McArthur not scored a minute from time to level an earlier strike from Fedor Cernych.
Fletcher revealed his worries about missing the trip to Eastern Europe because of the injury. That would also cast doubt over his availability for Albion's match against Tottenham at The Hawthorns on Saturday.
"It feels pretty bad," Fletcher said.
"It's a dead leg quite high up. I struggled in the last 10 minutes of the first half and it seized right up when I stopped running at half-time.
"Sometimes you can be brave and go back out, but there was no point in me going out there and struggling in such a big game. It's disappointing to have to come off.
"It's too early to tell if I'll be ready for midweek. I'll have loads of ice on it, but dead legs are the worst in the first few days so we'll see how it goes."
