Burnley manager Sean Dyche says Burnley will be sensible when it comes to adding players in the summer.
Dyche's side booked their place in next season's Europa League after finishing seventh in the Premier League this season, but Scott Arfield and Dean Marney departed the club at the end of the season.
Dyche knows what types of players he is hoping to bring in, but understands the club may have a limited budget to spend.
He told Sky Sports News: "Ideally you want players who are either showing signs to be hungry enough for the challenge to mature into us, the obvious ones such as James Tarkowski and Nick Pope.
"Or with players who have been there, seen it and done it slightly. When you think about people like Jack Cork coming into our side, he got an England cap this year.
"He played every single minute of our Premier League season, this season, you know we need that mixture of people who are hungry and thirsty are only going to get better and improve.
"Some of the players have been there, done it slightly and can actually know what it [Europe] is and what it offers. We are open minded about that.
"Weirdly, there is a reality to our market, it is very difficult, we are not powerful enough to just walk into every situation and make sure it happens but we think we can make sure enough happens."
