Tony McGlennan will leave his role as Scottish Football Association compliance officer this summer.

The lawyer, who replaced Vincent Lunny in 2014, has informed the Scottish FA that he wishes to return to private practice.

The compliance officer position was created in 2011 as part of a disciplinary procedures overhaul by the governing body.
