Romania have changed their shirt numbers to mathematical equations ahead of Sunday's friendly against Spain.

The unusual alteration to the squad's numbers is part of a national initiative aiming to improve Romanian children's interest in maths.

The school dropout rate in Romania, 18% in 2014, is currently one of the highest in the European Union.
