Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel will miss Denmark's June international double-header with a thigh injury.
The Danish Football Association (DBU) confirmed on Friday that Schmeichel had been ruled out of their friendly with Germany on Tuesday and World Cup European Qualifier in Kazakhstan next Saturday.
Tuesday's match in Copenhagen was scheduled to mark the 25th anniversary of Denmark's clash with Germany in the final of Euro 92.
FC Utrecht's David Jensen called up to replace the 30-year-old.
Age Hareide's side sit third in Group E on seven points, six adrift of runaway leaders Poland after five games but only behind second placed Montenegro on goal difference.
