Injury curtails City's striker's availability
Struggling Bristol City's striker David Clarkson has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a fractured ankle.
The 26-year-old forward, who had four substitute appearances in the Championship this term, sustained the knock in training last week.
X-rays have confirmed the extent of the injury, which will leave Clarkson in rehabilitation for the remainder of the term.
City manager Derek McInnes told the club's official website: "It's a massive disappointment for Clarky.
"The tests have shown a fracture on his ankle and that puts him out for the rest of this season."
