Team news ahead of Saturday's League Two clash between Northampton Town and Torquay at Sixfields Stadium.

Nick McKoy will miss Northampton's home game through suspension. The midfielder received two yellow cards in the space of three minutes and was subsequently sent off towards the end of the draw with Southend last week. He must serve a one-match ban. Defender Ashley Westwood and striker Jake Robinson were back in the squad after injury at Roots Hall and made late substitute appearances. They are likely to be involved once more. Nathaniel Wedderburn resumed training this week after a long spell out injured but the midfielder is still some way away from making a playing return. Manager Gary Johnson will be back in charge after missing the Southend game through illness and the Londoner is looking forward to being back in the dug-out. "I was glued to the TV and the radio," he said. "I never like missing games and I've only missed a couple in my career as a manager - the one last Saturday and one a couple of years ago. But we all get ill sometimes and now I'm back and raring to go and looking forward to our next group of games." Meanwhile Torquay are sweating on the fitness of winger Lloyd Macklin and midfielder Danny Stevens. Macklin tweaked his calf and Stevens rolled his ankle in midweek, and question marks remain over the pair's fitness ahead of the trip to the Cobblers. Torquay, however, are hopeful striker Rene Howe will have recovered from hamstring troubles in time for the fixture. Daniel Leadbitter (hamstring) remains a long-term absentee. Meanwhile, manager Martin Ling hopes to send youngsters Ray Spear and Ashley Yeoman out on loan, provided they are given game time. "If people are going to take them I want them to play, because we have got the nucleus of reserve games over the next month," he said.
