Birmingham boss Gary Rowett has hinted at changes to his side for the visit of Nottingham Forest.

Midfielder Stephen Gleeson is a slight concern and may be one of the players to make way on Tuesday night.

Everyone else is fit though, giving Rowett plenty of options. Shane Lowry is pushing to make his Blues debut after recently signing a deal until the end of the season.

Rowett said: "Where we will have to be a little bit better now is the amount of games we have got coming up and amount of players we have got on the sidelines that are more than good enough to come into our team and not affect the starting line-up."

Michael Mancienne will probably miss the trip for Forest.

The defensive player came off with a hamstring injury early in the second half of the win against QPR on Saturday.

New signing Nelson Oliveira impressed from the bench at Loftus Road and the striker could be handed his full debut by Reds boss Dougie Freedman, who is also contemplating making changes to his starting line up.

"The squad will come into play this week, no question," said Freedman.

"By the time we get to Middlesbrough next weekend, we will have expected everyone in this squad to have got onto the pitch and contributed.

"That started against QPR and will continue against Birmingham."

The Blues are now into 12/1 to secure promotion after their unbeaten start to the season with opponents Forest now 5/4 to secure a top half finish after their victory at Loftus Road.

Dave Cotterill scored the first goal in both meetings between these sides last season, which both ended in Birmingham wins.

The midfielder is 10/1 to extend the run and 11/2 to score in a home win. Nelson Oliveira, who scored the winner for Forest on Saturday, is 9/4 to net anytime for the visitors.
