Derby County have completed the signing of Leicester City winger Tom Lawrence, the club have announced.
Lawrence, who scored 11 goals in 36 appearances on loan at Ipswich Town last season, joins the Championship side for a fee which could rise to £7m.
The 23-year old Wales international has signed a long-term deal at Pride Park and is the club's fourth signing of the summer.
"It has taken a lot of energy to get this transfer done and, to be honest, I don't think people realise how difficult these transfers are to do," Derby manager Gary Rowett told RamsTV.
"I think the deal we have done is a really good one and a really strong signing for us."
Lawrence started his career at Manchester United as a trainee before joining Leicester in 2014.
Since then, the winger has completed moves on loan to Rotherham, Blackburn, Cardiff and Ipswich, but has now linked up with Gary Rowett's team on a permanent basis.
"He had a bright season at Portman Road and, at 23, we feel he is someone that can add real value to our team. He has real energy and a verve about him," Rowett added.
"Tom is prepared to take people on and is a throwback to an old winger; he wants to beat people and make things happen. He is very direct and he can score some fine goals from nothing, which we saw last year."
