Germany host Georgia on Sunday night knowing a draw will be enough to secure automatic qualification to Euro 2016.
The world champions suffered a shock defeat against Republic of Ireland on Thursday and now need all three points to guarantee top spot in Group D.
If Germany lose against Georgia, who are already out, then Joachim Low's side could be forced into the play-offs, should Poland and Republic of Ireland draw in Warsaw.
Group D's final game sees Scotland visit Gibraltar with neither team able to qualify for France next summer.
In Group F, Romania travel to the Faroe Islands knowing only victory will guarantee their passage to France next summer, while they could still finish top should they win and Northern Ireland suffer defeat in Finland. Neither Faroe Islands or Finland can qualify.
Hungary, who are guaranteed at least a play-off spot, have a superior head-to-head record against Romania and know that bettering their result will see them secure the second qualifying spot.
The Hungarians face a trip to Greece in pursuit of making it to their first European Championship since 1972, while the Greeks are bottom of the group and out of the running.
Portugal head to Serbia with top spot in Group I already assured, while the Eastern Europeans cannot qualify.
And Albania play bottom side Armenia knowing victory will see them overhaul Denmark in second place and qualify automatically for their first ever major tournament.
The Danes have already played their final game and can do nothing to stop the Albanians going above them.
