The summer transfer window is in full flow and clubs across Europe are making moves as they look to piece together the squads they need in time for the start of the season.

Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured the continental media for the latest news and transfer rumours.

Germany

Undeterred by earlier rejections, Liverpool have tabled an €83m (£74m) offer for RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita. The news comes a day after a training session was brought to a premature end after the 22-year-old fouled midfield partner Diego Demme, an act which resulted in team-mates having to be separated. Inter Milan are keen to add midfield reinforcements this summer and Luciano Spalletti has identified Arturo Vidal as the man to do just that. The Serie A side are prepared to offer €50m (£44m) to tempt Bayern Munich into selling the 30-year-old. (SportBild)

Barcelona are launching a "final offensive" to sign Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool. Barca apparently have representatives in London and negotiations are moving forward. It is reported that Liverpool will sell for a good price, but do not plan to let Coutinho leave for less than €100m (£89m). Barca saw an initial £72m bid turned down last week. The front page of Sport reads "Attack for Coutinho".

Paris Saint-Germain will have to give guarantees to transfer target Neymar that the club won't face any sanctions over the potential deal to bring him to Ligue 1. The news comes after it was revealed PSG would have to offload players in order to afford to pay the 25-year-old the salary he has been offered. (Marca)

Barcelona don't want to part with the Brazilian playmaker but if Paris Saint-Germain pay the astronomical €222m (£198m) release clause there is nothing they can do. Plans are underway to identify a potential replacement at the Nou Camp with Lionel Messi backing a move for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala. (Marca)

However, reports are now emerging to suggest that Paris St-Germain have offered Barcelona midfielder Marco Verratti and £90m for Neymar, meaning the La Liga side have the opportunity to decline the deal. (Diario Gol)

Zinedine Zidane hasn't asked the Real Madrid board for a striker to replace Chelsea new boy Alvaro Morata. When questioned about how his attack was shaping up, the French legend replied: "We have 28 players in the squad, and I'm happy with how all of the players are working. But after that we'll see what happens, up until 31 August anything can happen." Madrid have money to spend after the departures of Morata and Danilo as well as removing James Rodriguez's wages off of the books. (Marca)

France

After failing to strike a deal with Monaco for Fabinho, Paris Saint-Germain have moved on to Porto midfielder Danilo Pereira as they look to add some steel to the heart of their middle third. The 25-year-old reportedly has a €60m (£53m) release clause and PSG sporting director Antero Henrique has started negotiations over the defensive midfielders potential arrival. (Le10Sport)

One victim of the rebuilding job at Marseille could be Henri Bedimo. The player doesn't want to leave the club but head coach Rudi Garcia has made it clear that the 33-year-old isn't part of his plans. (Le10Sport)

Italy

Juventus finally brought the Federico Bernardeschi saga to an end and tied up a €40m (£35m) deal for the winger. The Turin side have now turned their attentions towards Liverpool midfielder Emre Can. With the Merseyside club pushing hard for Naby Keita and Emre Can still yet to sign a new deal, Juventus believe they can grab themselves a bargain this summer. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Riyad Mahrez is a top transfer target for Roma but Leicester City aren't willing to negotiate. Monchi, the director of football at Roma, is looking to alternatives and is keen on Barcelona's Munir. The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Valencia and failed to really impress. Yet Monchi is ready to offer €25m (£22m) for the striker. However, Barca believe he is worth more than that and are holding out for an improved bid. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
