West Ham winger Victor Moses will undergo a scan on Tuesday to discover the extent of his hamstring problem.

The 24-year-old, who is on loan from Chelsea, hobbled off in the 37th minute of the goalless draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic feared Moses could be out for up to six weeks so he will be hoping the scan shows the injury is not as bad as first feared.

He said: "We have to wait for a scan but it doesn't look good. It's not like cramp. I don't know if it's three, four, five or six weeks."

Bilic is already short of options in attack with Dimitri Payet, Diafra Sakho, Enner Valencia and Manuel Lanzini left sitting on the sidelines at the weekend.

Lanzini could be fit to face Stoke at Upton Park this Saturday after suffering what was described as a minor injury in training late last week.

West Ham co-chairman David Gold wrote on Twitter: "I'm optimistic that Lanzini will be available for Stoke but we must wait till Tuesday for the scan on Victor."

Ecuador forward Valencia could also be in contention to face the Potters after five weeks out with an ankle injury, but Payet and Sakho are not expected back until February.
