Mourinho has been starting Antonio Valencia at right-back, but the former winger is not a natural defender.

Consequently press speculation continues to mention Fabinho as a potential option, with the Monaco man a reported £29m target.

Manchester United are again being linked to Palmeiras' young Brazilian forward, Gabriel Jesus.

Dubbed the 'new Neymar,' a host of Europe's elite names are reportedly linterested in the talented 19-year-old, who has impressed after a series of excellent performances for his club.

He was also a key part of the Brazil side that claimed the gold medal at the Olympic games in Rio.
