Spain

Cristiano Ronaldo is agitating for a move away from Real Madrid after it became clear Florentino Perez, the club president, wanted to bring Neymar, the world's most expensive player, to the Santiago Bernabeu. The Paris Saint-Germain forward is reportedly interested in a return to Spain to play for Barcelona's main rivals but Ronaldo, who netted the winner in the Club World Championships, is not pleased by the reported pursuit. Real Madrid transfer target Kepa Arrizabalaga missed the Basque derby and club president Josu Urrutia's suggestions the in-demand goalkeeper was not confident enough to play on his injured foot has fuelled talk he is set for a move away from the club in January. (Marca)

Jese Rodriguez could be set for a return to Las Palmas, where he spent the second half of last season on loan, after failing to impress at Stoke City. The Paris Saint-Germain forward is on loan with the Premier League club but is not a regular starter and recently returned to Gran Canaria to visit his family. Germany

Bayern Munich are in the market for a backup striker to help share the load with Robert Lewandowski. The Bavarian giants have been linked with Hoffenheim's Sandro Wagner for several months but it is Nils Peterson, who spent time at the Bundesliga champions between 2011-2013, who is now reportedly a top target. Alex Sandro, a Chelsea transfer target during the summer months, is reportedly on Manchester United's radar with those at Old Trafford willing to sanction a £60m deal for the Brazilian.
