Sunderland striker Danny Graham is set to move to Blackburn on loan for the rest of the season and will have medical on Tuesday, according to Sky sources.
The 30-year-old has struggled to break into Sunderland's first-team under Dick Advocaat and his successor Sam Allardyce this season, starting just four Premier League games.
Graham has made 12 appearances in total and started up front with Jermain Defoe in Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Tottenham.
Blackburn are one of a number of clubs interested in taking Graham to the Championship and it could have implications on the future of Jordan Rhodes at Ewood Park.
Sky sources understand Sheffield Wednesday are interested in Rhodes, but Rovers' asking price is believed to be upwards of £12m.
Rhodes, 25, signed for Blackburn for £8m from Huddersfield in August 2012 and has scored 83 goals in over 150 appearances for the Lancashire club.
