Ipswich Town have agreed a fee with Cardiff City for midfielder Emyr Huws.
The 23-year-old Welsh international spent the second half of last season on loan at Portman Road, scoring three goals in 13 Championship appearances.
Huws will become Ipswich's second of the summer following the capture of striker Joe Garner from Rangers on a three-year deal.
The Tractor Boys have also agreed a loan deal with Manchester City for winger Bersant Celina.
Celina, who has been capped six times by Kosovo, is a 20-year-old midfielder who spent last season on loan with FC Twente, scoring five times in the Eredivisie.
In addition, defender Steven Taylor is training with the club with a view to proving his fitness and earning a new contract.
Former Newcastle centre-back Taylor missed the end of last season with a hamstring injury after joining Ipswich on a short-term deal in January following his release by Portland Timbers
