Inverness Caledonian Thistle have signed former Motherwell defender Louis Laing until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan at Notts County before being released on his return to Fir Park at the start of February.
Laing joined Well from Nottingham Forest, initially on loan, in January 2015 and made 31 appearances.
He had previously had a loan spell with County, playing 12 times for the Magpies.
Inverness have endured a difficult season so far and are three points adrift at the bottom of the Scottish Premiership.
The Highlanders, who lost 6-0 to Celtic in the Scottish Cup last weekend, will resume their Premiership campaign away to Hearts on February 18.
