PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi says the best option for Neymar's injury was surgery, despite it meaning the Brazilian superstar will miss the Champions League round of 16 second-leg tie against Real Madrid. Al-Khelaifi said: "We're very sad for him and for the fans too. The best option and the best decision for us and for him was surgery, we had no other choice. We took the decision together, it's not good news. But we will qualify for the next round of the Champions League thanks to our supporters and our players. I think the match against Real is the most important thing. We will qualify." (L'Equipe)
