There are still a couple of months of the season remaining but Europe's biggest clubs are already plotting their summer moves with a World Cup to negotiate around.

Italy

After their 3-0 Champions League defeat to Real Madrid, Juventus have realised an overhaul is needed if they want to taste European success. The first name on their wish-list is Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann. (Corriere dello Sport)

Juve are also looking at freshening up their defence, with Manchester United's Matteo Darmian and Borussia Dortmund's Sokratis Papastathopoulos on their radar. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Napoli chairman Aurelio de Laurentiis wants to tie Maurizio Sarri down to a new contract until 2021, as well as doubling his wages. He fears his coach could leave the club following interest from Monaco. (Corriere dello Sport)

Germany

Arsenal transfer target Max Meyer is also wanted by German sides Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig. The Schalke midfielder is out of contract in the summer and the two Bundesliga clubs have joined Juventus in the race for him. (Bild)

Despite being linked with Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain keeper Kevin Trapp is unlikely to join the German club this summer. (Kicker)

Andres Iniesta has refused to address speculation surrounding his future, amid talk he could leave Barcelona for China. "When the moment arrives, I'll say something about that," he said. "At the moment, the important thing is to carry on taking the right actions for this season." (Sport)

Sevilla goalkeeper Sergio Rico is likely to leave the Spanish side in the summer after he was dropped in favour of David Soria for Tuesday's Champions League tie with Bayern Munich. (AS)

France

Unai Emery says he hasn't discussed his future at Paris Saint-Germain yet. The Spanish coach is expected to leave the Ligue 1 leaders this summer after a disappointing Champions League campaign. "We haven't spoken much about the future, about next season. This isn't the moment," he said.

"But for sure, we'll have to discuss it in the coming weeks with Antero [Henrique, sporting director] and the president. I have a good relationship with them. We will see what's best for the club and for me." (Le Parisien)

Should Edinson Cavani leave PSG in the summer, the French side want Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski to replace him. But the German giants are unwilling to sell their star striker. (Le10Sport)

Despite barely featuring for Paris Saint-Germain since his January arrival, Lassana Diarra will remain at the Parc des Princes next season. The French club back the 33-year-old midfielder to come good and won't look to offload him in the summer. (Le Parisien)
