Wales have trained at their base in Dinard ahead of an historic European Championship semi-final against Portugal on Wednesday.

The mood in the camp was one of happiness and focus, with Sky Sports News HQ reporter Geraint Hughes describing staff as "welcoming and friendly, as they have been since the beginning".

Gareth Bale was one of 22 of the 23-man squad to take part in the light session at around 11am local time, as he prepares to clash with Real Madrid team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo in Lyon.

Suspended duo Aaron Ramsey and Ben Davies also trained, with manager Chris Coleman having a number options to replace the pair, who will miss the game having picked up two yellow cards in the competition.

Coleman says he is unfazed by their absence and has told Sky Sports News HQ he is "almost sure" who he will pick in their place, but will run through a number of different scenarios in training on Monday and Tuesday.

Davies has been playing as one of three centre-backs, so James Collins could come in as a straight swap, but Coleman may also revert to a back-four.

Fulham's Jazz Richards is another option to play at right or left wing-back, having been brought into the side against Belgium in the qualifiers, with either Chris Gunter or Neil Taylor tucking into the back three.

For Arsenal's Ramsey, Leicester City midfielder Andy King is an option as is youngster Jonny Williams, who has had a big impact when coming off the bench in recent matches.

Bale will speak to the media at 1.30pm UK time and you can catch what he says on Sky Sports News HQ and on SkySports.com
