Former Italy international Cristian Zaccardo has taken his search for a new club onto LinkedIn, with a World Cup on his CV.
Zaccardo, 35, who played in three of Italy's games during their 2006 World Cup triumph, is a free agent after spending last season at Serie B side Vicenza.
The full-back is now on the lookout for a new club following Vicenza's relegation from Italy's second tier, and has taken the unorthodox approach of appealing to recruiters on job-hunting site LinkedIn.
"I cancelled the contract that tied me to the Vicenza until June 2018," Zaccardo wrote on the website. "I'm currently a free soccer player.
"I'm still good physically I could play two more years at high levels ... who will take me to make a deal ... Serious professional soccer player and strong."
Zaccardo is a former Bundesliga winner with Wolfsburg in 2009, and has previously played for AC Milan and Parma in Serie A.
