Pep Guardiola is undecided about who will start in goal for Manchester City against Southampton on Saturday but insists it will be an open competition until the end of the season.
Chilean international Claudio Bravo was handed the number one shirt following his £17.1m move from Barcelona in August but he lost his starting place to Willy Caballero in late January following a series of inconsistent displays.
After sitting out eight Premier League games, Bravo was recalled for last Saturday's 3-1 victory over Hull City and Guardiola said he expects to rotate the duo based on who City are playing between now and the end of the season.
When asked if he had made a decision on who will start in goal against Southampton on Saturday, Guardiola said: "No. Every weekend I am going to decide who is going to be in goal for each game.
"Last week I decided on Claudio. On Saturday I will decide [again]. It depends on if the opponent will be doing a lot of high pressing or not and the way the opponent plays.
"[It also depends] on what I see in the training sessions. We are going to see. I like both to be involved. I have confidence in both of them."
City's unsettled goalkeeping situation has prompted speculation that England number one Joe Hart - who is currently on a season-long loan at Torino - could be offered a reprieve by Guardiola next season but the Spaniard refused to be drawn on the topic.
"This is not the time to talk about that - the players who are going to stay here or the hypothetical players for next season. We have a lot of business to do," Guardiola said.
"At the end of the season we'll speak. We follow all the players who are on loan."
City captain Vincent Kompany, who started just his third league game of the season against Chelsea last week, is in line to feature against Southampton after sitting out the win over Hull.
Guardiola explained: "After the game against Chelsea he had a little problem in his legs, and we didn't want to take the risk, but of course the good news is he was able to play 90 minutes in a tough game at Stamford Bridge at a high level."
