Hearts have signed Swedish goalkeeper Viktor Noring on a two-year contract.
Noring, who began his career in his homeland with Trelleborgs in 2009, was offered the deal by Jambos head coach Robbie Neilson after he watched him play in last week's 1-1 draw with Cowdenbeath.
The 25-year-old was released by Danish second-tier side Lyngby BK at the end of last season.
It is the keeper's second spell in Scotland having joined Celtic on loan in 2013, although he left without making an appearance.
The former Malmo man has also played in the Netherlands and Norway, and earned a cap for Sweden in a friendly international in 2011.
"It feels amazing to have signed here," he told Hearts' official website. "It's a good opportunity for me to come here and try to get the number one spot, so I'm very happy.
"I've been on trial here for a bit and I like the style of football the team is trying to play, it's similar to what I'm used to."
